| 小幸運撿到了一隻小金馬😃
早上還在擔心肚子怪怪的..上了3次廁所
幸好開跑前1小時就好多了,傷腦筋。
今天是跑的最認真的ㄧ場破PB,因為很怕抽筋,進站先找的就是鹽,這場鹽是吃的最多的一場...😅😅
最後的6k跑的很艱熬,一路看著女總二的車尾燈跑,到了32k才超過,約到35k看到女總一,看的到就是追不到,後面的5k溫度已經拉到28度,強強hold不住,每跑1k看一次錶,終於來到38k,女總一應該是爆掉了,才被我追上,最後3k換我爆了,走了一小段,不行不可以放棄,再忍2k就到終點了,就在最後的1k被一位大哥超過,想追上但是腳感覺要抽筋,算了穩穩進站就好,後來發現是同組的跑友他是分14,還真是巧...XD
