破去年同場萬金石馬拉松的05:24快30分
本來要破4,還是有破,變成破胎
賽後檢討:
應該是自己昨天萬金石去博覽會腳癢 現場有跑步機跑萬金石路線試跑4.3km,跑完後到隔壁的氣壓式按摩機試用,試用完左腳底腫一包變掰咖,然後今天萬金石的跑速就跑不出來了
去程很悶很難跑,不怕風只怕沒風,尤其在16~20 km 這一段路開始汗流滿面
折返點後開始有風,也開始跑的比較順一些
38 km在水站踢到地面的貓眼石,還好沒撲街,只是身體左半部當下震到麻掉,感謝志工當下幫我噴肌樂,覺得沒問題後再出發,順順跑在出了隧道後開始啟動四分速奔向終點~
