20190113 大副盃關子嶺馬拉松
這馬作為下週末鎮西堡100K超馬之長課練習很適宜,因有很多上下坡,大部份都不很陡,心率保持在140左右,輕輕鬆鬆的一步一步前進,以4:18完成了,拿分組第一名(國際組沒獎盃),很理想的一個長課。哈哈哈!
大會補給滿豐富的,有烤大豬、烤鷄還有冰凍Bar啤酒,可惜今天要認真練習,所以只享用了一丁點。
