第26馬驚險壓線SUB5完賽
山路真的又愛又恨
第一圈順順跑完
第二圈整個撞牆期出現
這次跑得很厭世(去年跑還沒有這種感覺)
最後10k出現腳不適因上週穿丫拖隔天出現腳不適
最後半跑半走下坡也無法衝一下速度
最後驚險慢慢趕路終於達自己臨時改變目標
成績比去年差....今年下半年太頹廢
所以有這樣成績不意外
跑步真的只有累積沒有奇蹟
有練就有成果 沒練只能平安無傷完賽就好
跑完當下又累又餓又想睡已達到厭世感覺
只好先盥洗後回車上小睡一下再回家。
