寄物完成已近6:15,趕緊的往起跑區就位,人潮太滿,差點擠不進去,起跑後(跟本用走的)因為沒有熱身,所以慢慢跑當熱身,約莫5K後,後腳跟又痛了起來,大家開使加速,而我卻只能降速,還未到10K便矇生退賽的念頭,整路都再機動醫護,可是又不甘心,撐撐看吧!一路跛著跛著,硬撐到了終點,完成了除補給站沒有走路但運動最久記錄。
