| 上一次sub4已經是2017年2月的高雄馬了, 後來每下愈況, 連天氣不錯的京都馬都差幾秒殘念沒能sub4. 果然學如逆水行舟, 不進則退, 跑量運動量下滑的結果就是求一sub4而不可得啊~
其實這次本來也不抱什麼希望的, 因為每次河濱風都很大, 只要風大, 就跑不動. 但今天的天氣實在太好了. 認識的每個人在狀態內的通通都破PB, 我也終於得到很久沒破4的sub4. 剛跑過終點線真的有種快哭了的感覺啊~
