破PB的代價、右腳跟痛到不行(約28K時發作)、今天的太陽高高掛,又沒遮避物、而且凡士林失效,胸前又流下兩行無情的紅色液體~痛呀 不到20Kㄧ路痛到終點,可能因為如此,才得以順利完賽並破個人記錄。
跑在女總ㄧ前後的好處,不會被擋下來等紅燈!呵~
