| 足底筋膜炎剛好ㄧ點,可以跑但整整8個月缺乏練習,可以無傷完賽,又在預定的4小時半完賽,可接受了。(一早起床就烙賽二次,有點腿軟,好在一路都沒烙出來,完賽有烙賽,真是的)
