昨日的艷陽高照,令人感到擔憂,果不其然、
本日亦同,加上昨晚腹痛狂拉直至今晨,令我燃起棄賽之年頭(後想,這場也不便宜呀~)還是硬著頭皮上了,一開賽,壞息慣又來了,喜歡跟著高手一起往前衝,但,轉個想法,時間越久,天氣越熱,趁涼的時候能吃幾K是幾K,當然呀~很快的,我又沒力啦⋯⋯後面的就是又跑又走的啦~嗯,再練練、下一馬會更好的。 賽前宣言: 完賽 玩賽 賽後評分: 補給充足
