44馬 台南秋季馬拉松 3.29.18完走 分組三
10/27(六)早早六點南下比較不會塞車,9.40到台南去吃育弘在地推薦的新營和誠鹹粿,排隊的人龍非常多可見應該很好吃,粿偏南部人口味鹹鹹甜甜的再搭配附贈味增湯別有一番風味喔~價格便宜實惠,接著三台車前往東山休息站去那邊星巴克喝咖啡休憩,中午先到東山國中會場先場勘一下,腹地夠大停車也方便,起終點拍拍照片好熟悉明天的動線,稍後前去新營太子宮祈求拜拜,遠遠就看的到超大李哪吒像,今天剛好有陣頭進香參拜活動好不熱鬧,一行人再吃著水煮玉米及日日新冰城香蕉冰,這個冰北部真的很少見清香好吃,晚上到新營夜市吃小吃走走逛逛~幾乎一整天都吃飽飽(哈)
10/28五點早早到會場,照例賽前暖暖身,今天天氣氣溫比西螺馬低很多適合跑馬,六點起跑育弘一開始就開速度看他配速至少440內就不跟了,今天希望跑進330就好,1K配速440後就調整為450左右,順順的跑下去比較重要先求穩後面再拚拚看,16~17K有較大的坡慢些些,路上沿途不少熱情阿公阿嬤親切吶喊著加油聲,讓我提振滿滿活力,補給方面點站很多,該有的水舒跑、香蕉、橘子相當充足,21K後大都平路居多,39K時有點小抽筋看錶有機會330內,大喊一聲提提士氣,終點前奮力跑前衝~感謝辛苦志工、工作人員、警察義交協助比賽順利成功喔~
恭喜徐裕能團長及許大哥、育弘都大破PB,辛苦練後成功的果實特別甜美,曉苓姐一下就躍居總字輩,以後要改叫您總姐好,搞不好輾過我遲早的事~也恭喜雅鐶姐及明鋒姊夫都順利完賽喔~同行陳爸、瑞芬姐很開心一起出來玩,許媽感謝照顧食宿喔~
