夏日三連馬,感覺有點疲憊了,下午四點開跑,體感溫度34度,今日前一小時天氣爆熱,前21公里配速太快,導致31公里狀況很差,速度降至七分速,還好大小腿沒有抽筋,後面天氣算涼爽微風,整體補給算不錯,冰塊、水果、冰桶等都不缺,今日順利完成比賽,下週台東關山馬拉松見哦。
