| 山地馬初馬,今天連三馬的第三場山地馬,一開始都熱不太開,天氣又很冷,前2K跑到4分多,就這樣慢慢的跑上山,下坡就被刷卡,感覺真的平常練不夠,跑全馬真的很吃力,就這樣在30k左右股四頭肌抽筋狀況又產生了,只能邊跑邊拉一下筋,就這樣到最後幾K就不管了,一路4分速跑下來,完成辛苦的山地初馬喔! 賽前宣言: 慢慢跑 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 113~138 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 138~155 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 155~161 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 161~170 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 170~175 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為175 點此去設定最大心率 |
