| 手機沒電跳出MW少記錄最後4K,手動補上
路線 : 那瑪夏--茶山部落--達娜伊谷原路折返,但最近跑量下降,來跑這場69K內心有點忐忑不安...
結果開跑前幾天里程增加為78.8K( 那瑪夏道路不穩定 ),比賽當天再度加碼為80K ! ( 路線更新為全跑主要道路,關門時間一樣12小時)
加量不加價XD只好帶著愉快的心情出發啦 ! 因為要撐很久,必須輕鬆跑,所以多帶了相機隨手拍...
但是好景不常,55K後大腿嚴重抗議,從此陷入步兵泥沼無法自拔,只有在最後的下坡努力的跑起來,爭取時間在關門前回來
PS1.兩公升水袋第一袋喝了8成在達娜伊谷補給站補滿,
回到終點第二袋喝光光囉
