兩天一夜 台南文青之旅

DAY1:由於周六補班,我們好整以暇八點多慢慢出發至台南,到新營近中午去吃在地老字號莊良伯麵攤,便宜美味不多說有經過一定要來阿,而後前往鄰近林初埤木棉花道賞景,由於天氣炎熱花掉的差不多,不過還是別有番意境,木棉花花語我很喜歡:珍惜你身邊的人,珍惜你眼前的幸福。接著再往小南海自然生態公園走走,不是大哥知道不然外地人哪曉得這所在,腹地廣大適合來散步走走吸取芬多精且可以烤肉喔~然後來去後壁區菁寮老街,街上保有百年古厝,呈現過去農忙景色,再品嘗和興冰菓部傳統香蕉冰,味道樸實搭配各式配料絕配~
傍晚去新營夜市吃晚餐,外頭看規模不大,往裡走越來越驚訝,這夜市如分支好廣,老實說不會輸台南花園夜市,想吃什麼都可選擇,肉丸、臭豆腐、牛排等很多人排隊好吃推薦喔~

DAY2:早上四點半多到新化區運動公園會場,5.40起跑後就順順445開出去,8K後跑進台南農改場,賽道風景不錯裡頭真大,碰到建鋐哥小陪跑一段而後他就海放我了(恭喜上台喔),前面跑得輕鬆知道後面18K後有點坡,但怎麼跟想像不太一樣,上上下下真不好跑,心裡OS什麼時候才到第二折返點,長達15K左右跑得很崩潰,所幸大腿給力沒有出包,36K後還可小加速,順順回終點啦,山路馬也跑進33多開心~
這次來主要來領馬拉松普查頒獎,兩年跟著平鎮愛跑團及雙連長跑大哥們南征北討在各地插旗輝煌的戰績真不容易,只有跑過才懂得,也恭喜組長60馬、李大哥30馬、許大哥、團長、明峰姐夫都拿到30馬獎,下次就要來領60獎囉~明年
