桃園劉宸榮 29馬 北港媽祖馬拉松 3.25.45完賽 分組五
兩天一夜雲林北港之旅
12/23六 近下午一點抵達北港朝天宮,一行人早已飢腸轆轆,走路去吃陳爸推薦小吃攤,只有在中南部才會看到如此平價銅板小吃(附圖),魯肉飯20元北部哪裡找,九個人各點了個一碗飯+湯還有盤盤配菜等才700多,重點還蠻好吃的,接著續攤去吃魯牛肉+牛肉湯美味可口,吃飽飽後逛逛朝天宮前大街(買買買),走走北港觀光大橋看看風景,並到日興堂吃大餅喝茶,晚上吃排隊的鴨肉飯(去年沒吃到),然後聽說附近有夜市看時間尚早就出發啦,名叫同仁夜市還挺有規模的,好吃好玩的應有盡有,值得來消磨美好時光喔~😄
回歸主題,年終賽事落在這場北港媽祖,去年跑過賽道很熟悉(一樣),賽前設定要跑進330,六點開跑後就順順跑約4.55配速,天空灰濛濛的氣溫適中,今天策略是前半馬慢後半馬快些,過折返點後看超多人在我前面的,同組有10個人在前方吧怎麼他們跑那麼快~哈,於是就慢慢加速跑,確實身體狀況不錯20K後還可以開到430,不過補給方面有幾站都沒香蕉倒讓我覺得可惜,幾乎都沒吃什麼害我有點緊張到底會不會爆掉或抽筋等,幸好上述狀況都沒發生,最後幾K到河堤那有點吃力外其他都算不錯,最後吊車尾撿個分五作收囉😃
下半年一共跑11場全馬,10月才調整回來並改用Y拖跑,但周周馬要維持好成績真的不容易,10~12月九場裡,前四場都上台但後四場其中兩場落選頭一場爆掉一場分到30歲組,還好這場有休一周再出征就好很多~😁
