聖誕節給自己一個大禮🎁
高雄山城100K超級馬拉松😀
2022年底山城百K場
也是自己第二場百K小嫩嫩😂
百K沒練超過50K只跑標馬、連馬來做基礎訓練、月跑量300K多自己也有隋性😂
休跑一個星期是要長跑公里數!
清晨4點美濃國中起跑、跑了快1公里處有人喊跑錯路線、被1位交通警察帶十字路口右轉進去跑著又説路線不對返回直跑、又來了説路線錯大家回到路口等還好清晨4點跑者400人擠在路口還好是沒車😂沒多久在出發路線對的因為跑到月光隧道全長快2KGPS有飄!跑往杉林在到66K起跑點天台山靈隱寺66k人員也不少!
在跑甲仙大橋和荖濃沿路爬坡路段、六龜和陡坡射日英雄涼亭拿信物折返下坡路段輕鬆一下😂又跑一座新威大橋很長沒遮蔽太陽直曬終於撐到80k到一貫道神威道場眼前一段山坡路😫跑一段路又拿第二個信物85k志工引導要下切一看儍眼越野大石階樓梯真怕小腿抽筋慢慢來吧!沒多久又是一個大魔王坡步兵模式雙手撐大腿一步一步往上爬😩到頂點它是森林公園終於又回到省道路線但是太陽也大心裡想著腳步穩穩地跑身體和腿都還ok、最後10k比較折磨人因為跑進鄉鎮路線轉來轉去最不喜歡這種感覺😩96k就回神因倒數4、3、2、1k進入美濃國中終點線太興奮了😀
