今天天氣一早就悶悶的
雖然是賽事但當長距離練習
第一趟和半馬總一起跑太陽一出馬上降速
第二趟太陽不見了開始漂雨維持5分速
第三趟雨時大時小10K就跑走跑走跑走
第四趟跑完30K就完全沒有跑步的動力
全馬參加人數只有50位雖然最後以345
