| 去年這場沒辦法完成,今年特地來要回來。
目標是 4.5 小時完賽。
下星期普悠瑪是重點賽,再怎麼想都不應該報這一場,來不及恢復,反正,賽中就是心跳看到 160 BPM就降速,該要回來的還是必須要回來,想再多也沒用。
20.5KM時,完成時間2小時整,上了個廁所花了1MIN,想說剩下21.5KM,放鬆心情順順跑,手中環保杯保持一直有水有冰塊的狀態,每20MIN喝下水順便走一下,補站則是從17KM後,每站都進去吃香蕉。
開跑時,天氣很好,陰天涼涼的,後來太陽上班了,就算慢慢跑也很折磨人,有熱到。
在開賽前後都有和小珠姐聊到天,很榮幸。
賽中遇到兩次臻老師,賽後也遇到一次,真開心。
