今天與一群跑友相約在基隆河16號水門,以7分速左右跑14K,之後再加碼往三腳渡折返+10k,總計24k。許久未跑7分速,清晨涼風徐徐,緩緩跑在河岸邊,自有一份獨特的閒情逸致。感謝主給我一個適合跑步的天氣和一群親切活力十足的弟兄夥伴。
PS.用這個速度跑36k應該比較容易達成。
