第一次用Nike我的練習鞋跑全馬,
因為這次路線是總爬升800以上,
再加上隔日要跑通霄馬,
開跑第一圈用很保守的速度爬坡,和百馬團的歡樂團差不多,可能第一圈暖身跑,2-3圈的速度都沒有掉下來,
來到第四圈最後一圈,依然可以穩穩的跑,很開心。
不過最後2公里有刻意用走的完賽,為了首次兩日馬讓兩雙腿做賽後舒緩,最後竟然能保五完賽。

雖然不是補給超補的賽事,但舒跑,水,汽水,水果,餅干站站充足,超級佛心~
