去不了大環湖,今天跑小環溪😁
清晨的南崁溪,除了潺潺的溪水聲外還有此起彼落的蟲鳴聲更增添了內心的寧靜,而這陰天微風偶小雨更是非常適合長跑的好天氣😁,大園的彩虹橋是27K的折返點,在上面看著遠方的海面並吃了一小顆麻糬犒賞自己一下😁,37K進小七買根香蕉補給/水....這個問題的解答因人而異,雖然還沒有想到如何完整地解讀它(別叫我重跑)但是我可以確定的是,今天要為了感謝之前鼓勵並支持我的朋友們而跑😁,雖然速度無法520,僅能用里程寥表感激之意,祝福大家雙十國慶愉快喔😁😁😁
