神岡馬今天辦線上馬人數 不多,載秋文和鼎閎-起參加,2位跑半馬,6點起跑-路就是熱,第一水站10 K多,如没背水袋可想而知的渴,因有告知全馬共4水站有心裡準備,補給還算Ok,半~全馬分界線不少全馬 打退堂鼓跑半馬😂
想不到第一名前導車在等全馬人,剛好我全馬-路前導車帶路😁,後段潭雅神步道太陽公公現身,只能水站冰塊降溫,也開始降速,36K被載政彥告軌😂,太熱了跑到42K為什麼還沒看到告示牌😫里程-直加變超馬到終點問政彥-共跑幾K,-樣44K加碼後面跑到厭世熱~熱,終點有冰冰涼涼紅茶,西瓜,飲料快止渴外加排骨便當👍
