今天跑低心率的恢復跑,感覺輕輕鬆鬆的就跑完了二圈,又賺進了21K的公里數~
~謝謝家治哥昨天帶跑了長距離,今天還願意陪我參加動團的團跑,但其實因為我們晚到……到了最後就只剩下了我們兩個自己慢慢的/默默的跑完二趟; 跑完後再一起到我最愛的(AP-203)吃個早/午餐,回家陪小孩囉 ; 連假的第二天,開心跑、開心過~ 😊
