桃園芮哥  2019.12.29台灣馬拉松(第60馬)完賽
台北馬後在思考如何走下一步呢?眼看渣打剩一個月左右只能盡力了!上週在Jason幫忙補水下完成自主半馬PB(78”15),本週台灣馬因為不是目標賽事就當配速跑吧⋯⋯因此,
本日工事:30K配速跑(3‘45)
雖然很因難,但反正沒壓力盡力囉!😌
台灣馬去年我跑過,基本上要往橫山、合興車站方向前進⋯⋯也就是👉🏻「有坡 有坡 有坡」😓話說過去也沒懼怕過「坡」這事,但真的太久沒練。一起跑立馬放棄配速這回事,或者照這配速可能10k買單回家⋯⋯當下思考還是以完賽為主!
一路上按體感配速跑,半馬約84分,眼看折返總一(日本人)差兩公里,總二(日本人)差了一公里,唯一有機會是總三的小黑差200m,雖說如此,但回程是緩下,如果日本人、小黑不自爆,心中有數要拿前三不太有機會!
就在追擊之路來到37k大局抵定,剩下5k只好穩穏回終點最終2:47:34(總四,分組一)完賽!
#台灣馬交管有待加強
折返後因追擊小黑的過程,被交管攔了一下,事出緊急我吼了幾次的交管人員,在此還是心懷歉意!🙇🏻🙇🏻🙇🏻不過,整體來說,今年的交管還真的有待加強才是,否則明年真的不會再想報名了!
這次的配速跑真的不是太成功,至於傳說中的30k,只好再想想如何完成了!😓
