| 第二次參加紅豆馬,這次的路線有些變動,跟前年的比起感覺今天的路線比較好,全馬6:20起跑,起跑前天色已經亮了,想說今天天亮這麼快,後面的天氣可能也會變熱吧~果然如預期的天氣,就是熱啊~
今天前段的配速感覺很不錯,但不曉得從第幾k開始,就慢慢掉速了。。。😭上一場跑完曾文,膝部韌帶一直感到不舒服的疼痛,還在擔心不曉得跑到第幾k時會出狀況,還好還好跑起來的感覺都順順的,沒有疼痛感出現,雙腳很爭氣的順利完賽,也小破 PB ,在高手雲集的賽事上,又不小心撿到分8很慶幸😉~
