今天開跑前10K(55分)還算順順的,想說破個1分鐘也開心,
哪知人算不如天算,15K後開始覺得肚子有點痛,心想該不會這麼剛好吧.....果然撐到18K去上厠所後確認是第1天來....
因為試著跑快一點頭會暈,腰也會痠....
本想靠平路破PB的....就算了吧....留得青山在...
