完賽心得寫在臉書就不再贅述了。
回程的十公里痛苦指數高到不行,除了感冒想吐,太陽又一直曬,可是我真的不想放掉,也知道完賽沒問題,就時間長短而已。
真的很不喜歡有人一直說我逞強,到底是.....不試又怎麼知道自己行不行?本來鍛練自己從來也不是輕鬆的事。
還說什麼要昏倒的人也不會知道自己昏倒,身體是我的我會不知道狀況?
跑完是件很開心的事偏就很多閒話。
