帶了一堆補給軍團的家軍 背著反核旗子跑的育霖
"我在跑步中,想要找尋的是一種平靜的感覺"
這14個小時中,我幾乎甚麼都不想
能夠健康舒暢的踏上賽道,本身就是很舒服的一件事情^^
隔了一年重回南橫,去年帶著大腿不適在關門前完成50k
爬坡雖累但對於南橫壯麗美景難以忘懷
約8小時才到達100k的折返點
折返後下坡大多能保持6:00~6:20的速度
但過了天龍飯店後算算最後的23k非常勉強
因為上坡的部分實在一點力氣都沒有了
勢必耗去不少時間
但得知超過低標77km後的里程,
大會仍會依里程給予證書
就決定繼續跑跑走走了
最後是在89.5k處的補給站讓裁判留下來等收容車了
身上無傷無痛 也沒很痠
心理上也是很平靜清爽的
完跑後也沒有水泡
跑完的明後天都能正常走路
(倒是下樓梯比較會有感覺!)
肌力不足 速度太慢 山坡練習太少
除了這幾點以外
對我來說這場賽事的其他部分都是一百分啊
去年的我一個人來一個人回去
今年身邊多了好多位也是來挑戰100k甚至108k的跑友
有人初試啼聲就一鳴驚人,
有高手果斷棄賽
"絕對的謙遜和絕對的自信"
對跑道永遠抱持著敬畏尊重
對自己累積的能力還有知識保持不多不少自信
最後感謝被我拖下水報初百k的信良大大
尤其是陪我走最後那一小時伸手不見五指的一段路
我知道你會陪我我才敢報名的
(去年我就知道入夜後的台20線非常荒涼昏暗)
這次我進步很多沒有發脾氣囉!
