有了鎮西堡超馬的痛苦經驗,是促成這次比賽能夠順利完成的主因.一方面天氣也不似鎮西堡的冷冽.讓心肺不致太難過,雖然向陽還是很冷.但相較暖和.另方面鎮西堡超陡的爬坡,也讓身體得到一定程度的強化.很高興這次有了不錯的成績.
