前幾天不小心受點風寒,3/17上午鼻水還流個不停,幸好下午後逐漸好轉,否則隔天的全馬不知能否完賽?
早上3點半起牀,梳理後把昨天買的麵包吃完,4點15分出發。本想開到萬里漁港附近停車,但沿路一位難求,結果停到山上,離集合處約3.5公里。幸好有帶小折,不過上下坡,騎起來也不是很輕鬆,感覺好像參加兩鐵比賽!這次起跑區被分在D區,經過起點已是2分鐘以後,不過志在參加,晚點出發無傷大雅!
原訂策略分段式慢跑,前三段赤足,順利達標。第四段改穿蚱蜢戰鞋,跑到35公里處,兩腿開始出現狀況,最後的7公里,只好全程步兵,還不錯5小時17分完賽!
這應該是我人生中的最後一馬了,沒時間練跑,若要強跑全馬,真的是誤人誤己,事不過三,這剛好是第三馬,雖然不是見好就收,但能全身而退也算是不錯了!
賽前宣言: 去年沒抽到,今年再接再厲,加油!
運氣不錯,抽到正取籤,不過老婆臉色不太好!
賽後評分: 聽說有些補給站沒水及沒水杯,由於跳站補給,所以恰好都沒碰到!
