前半馬一如策略,分兩段間歇式在2小時內跑完!然後改穿蚱蜢戰鞋,繼續下半馬。果其然練跑量不足,花了將近3個半小時才邊跑邊走完!
這次跑的比冬山河初馬還糟糕,但沒受傷及抽筋,也算是有進步的啦!僅剩下最後一次的萬金石全馬,屆時再視狀況吧!
賽前宣言: 一生可能只有一次的賽事,原本只有半馬,若能跑全馬就跑全馬,否則半馬也不錯!
8/3搶報全馬成功,明年度第一馬,加油!
賽後評分: 家鄉賽!不過才剛舖的道路,品質好像有些不太好,某些路段赤足跑來,竟然有柏油沙粒,有點刺腳!
