上禮拜天跑保生盃破個人PB後,疲勞感到今天還沒恢復,今天實際只跑了14公里,速度就開始掉,之後就只好降速來跑,前半馬跑完還有1:44,這已經算唯一值得安慰的地方...
後段當然就不用再說了,身體疲累加劇,只能越跑越慢來結束這場比賽!
