左小腿之前抽筋的地方痛丫!!
今天紅豆馬帶著右小腿抽筋,仍未完全恢復的傷來跑,心裡忐忑不安,怕又加重傷勢,隨時可能喊停棄賽的心情,起跑時感覺尚可,跑到20km時,感到右小腿抗議了,只好減速,還好補給站有肌樂,噴一噴減緩疼痛感,跑著跑著,居然跑到30km了,我暗爽偷笑著,到後面看著錶剩下5km了,從開始我的錶中的里程皆是相同,誤差不到100m,沒想到跑了一段距離了,看見牌子標示剩5km,哇勒…怎麼跟原本的差了快1km,再看看錶,真的有差距,跑完問其他跑友,也是一樣多了幾百公尺,想想多了一些總比少了還好。
