鳴槍後就像打退檔一樣,讓周圍的跑者逐漸超越,這次要堅守配速,直到追到315配速列車,就一路尾隨4:30配到底..過了35k去年的傷心地..沒有吐、小腿還沒抽,心裡大石放下
