| 計劃趕不上衝動,年初新年新目標,2017/3挑戰初半馬,2018/3挑戰初馬,禁不起生日馬的衝動,手殘報下去……練習不足的情況下也只能參賽了,@@!
媽祖保佑,開賽前來了一大片烏雲,開跑蠻舒暢的,但到了5-14K因為吃太飽,撞牆撞的亂七八糟的,一直快走取代小跑,沿路1公里1公里的拍…測腹痛跑不動,一跑又想吐,差那麼一點準備棄賽了!還好後半段漸漸穩住,恢復正常速度!補及真是好到爆,總類樣式豐富+++,站站進去吃飽喝足,最愛冰塊+舒跑+汽水,邊跑邊聽冰塊的聲音,路上好多打嗝聲啊!!!!
最後十幾K, 31+K後,感謝B哥撿到我,一路信心喊話,螢光小道幫忙開手機燈光開路照明,有幸看到一隻螢火蟲,超興奮,最後4k碰到飛哥,超有默契,一起姿勢一致進終點~有幸完成初馬SUB5!超大感謝~^^
