(心得過長,不喜入勿XDDD)重頭戲來了--龍鳳谷超馬>>鞋子經過不到8小時除溼,還有20%沒乾,硬著頭皮穿下去了吧~~,7點準時開跑,一趟總共是3.5公里多,去程下坡回程上坡,42公里得跑來回12趟,總上升高度約1200公尺,預計今天跑49公里,也就是14趟。開跑後藍天白雲青山綠水就一直陪伴著所有跑者,氣溫和太陽的毒辣程度也隨著時間不斷飆升。坡底折返點只有水站還有感應區,起點的補給站就很澎湃了,有:水、運動飲料、小熊餅乾、仙草蜜、酸梅湯、可樂、堅果、葡萄乾,滷豆干,還有西瓜,每經過起點就要狂吃狂喝一番,說穿了,馬拉松賽事就是盡情的吃吃喝喝啊(誤..)---過程冗長 ......
